Weddings are a time to rejoice and to celebrate love! The atmosphere should be fun, lively, and entertaining without compromising elegance. We understand that your wedding is as unique as the love story that leads you there. That's why we don't believe in presenting you with cookie cutter packages. Instead, our objective is to listen attentively to get to know your tastes, coordinate with your venue, and pay close attention to detail in order to deliver a personalized experience.  We're aware every venue is different and as such there are many factors to consider when choosing the entertainment features that are right for your room. During our complimentary consultation and before booking with us, you'll be able to share your vision so that together we may construct the best entertainment for your wedding.

The goal is to bring you a well-crafted mix of songs tastefully chosen based on your preferences. To accompany the tracks, your professional host will focus the celebration on the newlyweds, eloquently guide your guests through the evening, and enhance the performance without any cheesy gimmicks. The end result is a memorable, once-in-a-lifetime experience for you and your guests.


How We Work

All weddings come with a free consultation to meet your DJs and see if it's a good mutual fit. In the process we'll share with you questionnaires to get to know you and your vision for the wedding.  Then we'll collaborate with you to provide the entertainment features that best fit your needs.  Leading up to the special day we'll coordinate a detailed and personalized itinerary of the order of events.  Then just sit back, relax, and have the peace of mind knowing that your wedding will be awesome!

DJ

The DJ plays a diverse mix based on your musical preferences. We're highly skilled at mixing songs seamlessly and moving from one genre to the next to keep your dance-floor engaged.  Prior to starting the party, the DJ will set the festive mood with your cocktail hour and dinner mix, ensuring that the volume levels are monitored (not too loud, not too low) and that the song selections are engaging (no elevator music). Then when the party starts we'll get the dance floor jammin' by reading the crowd, playing your requests and dropping the certified hits.

HOST

The role of the host is multifaceted. Hosts are skilled at being the master of ceremonies and event coordinators.  They will collaborate with your venue and vendors to ensure that the evening runs smoothly and will keep everyone on schedule. The host will eloquently guide your guests through all formalities and get them excited for the grand entrance! With enough personality to keep your guests engaged and entertained without goofy antics.  Think refined and sophisticated, but not stuffy or stiff.  The host also acts as a second set of eyes and ears to ensure that the DJ knows what is happening in the room at all times and can adjust sound levels and music selections accordingly.

PROFESSIONAL SOUND

All events receive professional grade sound equipment, including sub woofers (at no extra charge) that enhance the sound of the music, not make it louder.  The sound equipment provided will be based upon your venue and number of guests, but rest assured you'll receive premium quality sound from the professional PA system.

TABLE FACADE & PARTY LIGHTS

The table facade adds cleanliness and professionalism to the setup. No exposed wires and no messy tables.  We add an LED light behind the facade to create an illuminated backdrop. When the party begins, we turn on the optional dance-floor lights to illuminate the dance area with multi colored, sound active LED beams.  It's a great visual cue that the party has started!  

 
 

Additional Entertainment Features

Ceremonies

We can accommodate your ceremony when it takes place in the same venue as the reception. This is an independent setup, which includes a speaker, wireless microphone, mixer for mic and volume control, and all of your music.  Music encompasses pre-ceremony (15 minutes before ceremony beings), processional, bridal march, and recessional songs of your choice.

INDIVIDUALIZED LIGHTING PACKAGES

We can enhance your room with up lighting or your dance floor with custom club lights.

Music Videos

Enhance your wedding with music videos! We can VJ (Video DJ) all of your favorite tunes on the fly.  Your guests will feel nostalgic seeing their favorite throwback music videos and the dance floor will come alive with the certified hits, all projected on 55" TVs.  If a music video is not available we can switch the visual to a monogram of your initials and wedding date to keep the custom visual effect.

Textured Lighting

Textured lights (also known as Gobos) are custom light patterns that can dramatically enhance any surface.  These are great for walls, ceilings, or any large surface area that could use some color or custom design.

Monogram Projection

Personalize your room with a custom monogram of your names or initials to project onto the dance floor or area of your choice.

Photo Montage

Excellent way to get your guests to reminisce and talk about memories you've shared.  Provide us with as many pictures as you'd like and we'll create a custom photo slideshow displayed on a 40" Flat Screen Television.

Sound Reinforcements

Add music to a second room or area for cocktail hour and dinner.
